Have questions about our online French classes?
You’re in the right place! Here you’ll find answers about scheduling, payments, teachers, and technical setup — everything you need to make your French learning experience smooth, flexible, and enjoyable.

​Is there a minimum number of classes required ?

Not at all — you’re free to choose the number of classes that suits you best.

Can I purchase individual classes ?

Yes, absolutely. You can book a single class or choose a package of five — whichever fits your schedule and goals.

How do I pay ?

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
You can also finance your training through a recognized and accredited organization in your country, if applicable.

What happens if I have to cancel a class ?

No problem — we’ll simply reschedule your class for another date that works for you.

How soon can I start my language course ?

In most cases, you can start within a week, depending on your availability.

How long is a class ?

Each class lasts 60 minutes, allowing for full immersion in the language and steady progress.

Can I choose the frequency of my online classes ?

Of course! You’re free to decide how often you’d like to take your classes.
Most students have one or two lessons per week, while others prefer an intensive rhythm to progress faster — it’s entirely up to you.

Will I always have the same teacher ?

Yes — unless you prefer to work with different instructors.
Most students find that staying with one teacher helps them progress faster, since the teacher truly gets to know their level, goals, and learning style.

Do you offer classes for children or teenagers ?

Yes, of course. Our method for young learners is based on fun and interactive activities that build listening and speaking skills while keeping lessons engaging.
The goal is to help students express themselves confidently while improving vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.

Do you offer classes for beginners ?

Absolutely. Our online French lessons are open to all levels — from complete beginners to advanced speakers.

How many classes per week do you recommend ?

Most of our students choose one or two 60-minute classes per week, but you’re free to adjust the number and rhythm to your needs and schedule.

Once I’ve paid for a class or a package (two, five, or ten classes), how long do I have to complete them ?

You have up to three months from the date of payment to complete your classes.

Can I get an invoice ?

Yes, an invoice is automatically sent to you after each payment.

Can I use any video-conferencing application I prefer?

Yes, you can use the platform that suits you best: Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, Webex, Microsoft Teams — even WhatsApp or Viber if you’re using a mobile phone.

What should I do if I have trouble with my internet connection or with Zoom or Google Meet?

Try closing your video-conferencing app (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.) and any other open programs, then restart your computer.
While it’s restarting, take a moment to reboot your internet router.
